University Corporate Research Park

UCRP1The University Corporate Research Park is owned and operated by the MSU Foundation. It is set on a strategically-positioned site adjoining the Michigan State University campus in Lansing, Michigan with ready access to freeways and metropolitan markets. Corporate tenants located in the Research Park benefit from opportunities to develop collaborative linkages with the nation’s premier land-grant university and all of its resources.

The mission of the University Corporate Research Park is to mutually benefit Michigan State University and tenants of the Research Park through the advancement of research, technology, development of new knowledge, and commercialization of intellectual property. Research Park tenants must qualify for occupancy based on the contribution they make to advancing that mission.
