The Pre-Seed Fund assists with first-dollars funding and support. Through investment tranches this fund often provides the earliest capital to support the formation of startups, seek non-dilutive funding, and position the company for metrics which can attract downstream angel and venture investment.

The Opportunity Fund is our seed-stage fund that provides additional support and funding as companies de-risk and seek venture funding.

Michigan Rise Pre-Seed III
